Web hosting and service providers may collect technical information necessary to deliver or secure the site, such as IP addresses and request logs.

We use submitted information to contact you, discuss your project and maintain correspondence. Website forms use Web3Forms to transmit inquiries to the business's configured receiving mailbox. For direct correspondence, contact llc.ac.remodeling@gmail.com. The website is hosted using Cloudflare, uses Google-hosted fonts, and project correspondence may be processed through Google email services. Your information is shared with these providers as needed for the services they perform.

Retention and access

Correspondence and project records may be retained for legitimate business, dispute-resolution, tax and recordkeeping purposes. Access is limited according to operational needs. Do not submit Social Security numbers, credit card details, bank credentials or other sensitive financial information through the open inquiry forms.

These website terms do not limit rights or disclosures required by applicable consumer-protection or construction laws. They do not replace the terms of any separate signed contract.

Estimates & Scheduling

Estimate inquiries

An initial website request is free. AC Remodeling LLC may contact you to clarify details. An inquiry response is not necessarily a formal quote; any final scope, pricing or fees for additional on-site evaluation will be discussed separately before agreement.

Appointment and project changes

When the online booking form confirms a reservation, the appointment is held in the AC Remodeling LLC website scheduling system. Accepted appointments normally synchronize automatically to AC Remodeling LLC' Google Calendar within several minutes. The website reservation remains authoritative if synchronization is delayed. Requests to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment that are sent through the project-support form remain requests until AC Remodeling LLC confirms the change.

For confirmed consultations, please give at least 24 hours' notice of a requested time change when possible. If your appointment is within 18 hours, contact AC Remodeling LLC directly about urgent changes. Canceling an appointment does not automatically withdraw your estimate inquiry.

Project correspondence

Whenever possible, reply to an existing AC Remodeling LLC project email and keep your project reference in the subject. This supports continuity of communication. For contract acceptance, payment matters, and appointment changes, separately verified confirmation may be required.

Are online estimates final prices?

No. Project pricing, scope, materials, conditions, schedule and any applicable permits must be reviewed before a formal written proposal is provided. Any charges for additional assessment services, if applicable, would be disclosed before they are incurred.

Does an appointment authorize construction work?

No. Consultation appointments are for discussion and project assessment. Booking one does not by itself authorize work, secure a construction start date, or approve a quote.

Do gallery images show completed AC Remodeling LLC projects?
